Welcome to Kindred. These terms apply to your use of the Kindred website at heykindred.app. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. Kindred is operated by Synova Technology AB.

The waitlist

The Kindred app is in development. Joining the waitlist is free and does not guarantee access to the app at launch — we'll roll out access gradually by region and may not reach every signup immediately.

Acceptable use

When using this site, please do not:

• Submit false information or someone else's email address without permission
• Attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or probe it for vulnerabilities
• Use the site for anything unlawful

Content & intellectual property

The Kindred name, logo, copy, and design are owned by Synova Technology AB. You may link to the site freely, but please don't copy or republish our content without permission.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and information on the site may change as the product evolves.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Synova Technology AB is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Sweden.
